Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, you may not cancel your order. Please contact us at support@peptidecrafterslab.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
Product Protection Terms
To maintain the integrity of our products and protect all customers, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been compromised due to the use of low-quality or inappropriate materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that only high-grade materials are used in conjunction with our products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that any damage resulting from improper use is outside the scope of our replacement or return policy. (example Lab Solvent Use Policy)
In legitimate cases where a replacement or refund is requested, we may require clear photographic evidence showing the product stored or prepared alongside the appropriate, high-grade material to verify proper handling. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in denial of the claim.
Any product that has not been opened or used. A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials). This guarantee applies for 60 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Notes: All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA. We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to get an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
